REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
We are seeking a persistent and energetic sales professional to join our team in East Boston as Regional Sales Manager (RSM). Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing,
this individual will work alongside the other RSMs to drive new revenue opportunities in their assigned territory from start to finish.
The candidate must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, deadline driven and posses' excellent verbal and written skills. The ideal candidate will also have significant
cold calling and proposal preparation experience in a contracting industry.
Experience in the security industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Use all available resources to locate and contact sales leads in your assigned territory to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
- Prepare and send written proposals in an effort to win business
- Cultivate and manage 3rd party business relationships in your assigned territory to maximize sales
- Track all sales activity daily and forecast future revenue opportunities
- Must be willing and able to travel (3 days/month on average)
Requirements
- Proof of US Citizenship
- Valid US driver's license
- Bachelors degree
- 4+ years of sales experience, 2+ years of contracting experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Google
