ATI is seeking a persistent and energetic sales professional to join our team in East Boston as the Sales Manager. Reporting to the President, this individual will work to drive new revenue opportunities from start to finish. The successful candidate will generate new sales channels such as dealers, resellers, etc.; will look for leads and find different approaches to generate new leads and close sales. This individual will assist and manage the regional sales team in their efforts to increase sales revenue for the company while also generating his/her own leads and sales. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, deadline driven and possess excellent verbal and written skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with proposal preparation in a contracting industry and experience in selling engineered systems or software sales. Experience in the security and fire control industries is a plus.

• Use all available resources to locate and contact sales leads to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
• Assist and coordinate written proposals in an effort to win business
• Cultivate and manage 3rd party business relationships to maximize sales
• Must be willing and able to travel (3 days/month on average)

• Proof of US Citizenship
• Valid US driver's license
• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of sales experience in software, hardware or technology sales
• Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus

The candidate must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, deadline driven and posses' excellent verbal and written skills.  The ideal candidate will also have significant cold calling and proposal preparation experience in a contracting industry.

Experience in the security industry is a plus.
