The VITAL (Vehicle Integrated Total
ALert) Sound 400 is an extremely powerful, compact system which provides 400
watts RMS of audio power for clearly communicating warning tones or voice over
long distances. The VS400 is optimized for use in portable applications,
including vehicle mounting. (ATI’s equivalent Outdoor Speaker Unit is available
for permanent mounting to fixed poles or structures.) A simple control panel
allows the user to select a variety of warning tones, play prerecorded messages
or enable the microphone to do live Public Address.

Standard Equipment
The VS400 consists of three major components:
The main unit contains the amplifier and optional circuitry, such as a radio for
remote system operation. The main unit also includes a battery for operation
independent of any external power source. Rugged enclosure suitable for mounting
in trunk of vehicle.
The control panel includes a resilient membrane switch array for selecting the
desired operation plus an LCD display which provides clear instructions and menu
selections. Several options for convenient mounting.
The speakers – ATI can provide a wide selection of speakers to meet the audio
and mounting requirements of the customer. |
